Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

BRINGLE EXCELLENCE LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a
liberal cancellation policy. 

Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 


BRINGLE EXCELLENCE LLP does not accept cancellation requests for items like courses, books etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the physical book or magazine delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at Info@BringleAcademy.com.
The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. 


This should be reported within 15 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of
our customer service within 15 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 


In case of complaints regarding products like digiboards, educational material, edtech systems (both hardware and software) that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the BRINGLE EXCELLENCE LLP, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your services must not be started and products like books to be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods and services are exempt from being returned. Online Courses, books, newsletters or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or e-learning material
  • Books, periodicals, courses and newsletters

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, educational game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5 to 7 working days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@bringleacademy.com} and send your item to the address where it belonged to. Once you get a confirmation from us on email, you can send it at that address

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To request for return for your services, you should email your request within 15 days of purchase at info@bringleacademy.com and you should have not attended the programs or would have had access to google Drive or other downloadable material.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if any). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
