1. Current Education System fails to provide Holistic Development of Child and is mostly standard for all.
2. 80% focus is on academics while the success of the child mostly depends on other soft & life skills
3. Lack of awareness of core skills and talent & Devoid of early discovery of core talent, learning behavior etc.

For Parents

1. Lack of Time & Energy to spend on Child’s Homework
2. Concerns for Child Safety & Security during Commute
3. Parents does lots of hits and trial what’s best for their children.
4. Absence of Structured Career Progression Plan
5. High Rate of Job-Quitting by Women for children & family leading to Restart Crisis for mothers after their children grows up

For Children with Disabilities

1. Disability is either inborn or developed after a period of life time and increase the dependence on the family.
2. 75% of the children with disabilities are unable to complete their education or going through major crisis situations to become self-dependent.
3. They require all round support in therapies, other than family support & sustainable employment
